Braxton Brewing Co. Reveals Newly Renovated Taproom and New IPA

March 1, 2022 by Dustin Scoggins

Braxton BrewingCINCINNATI, Ohio – Braxton Brewing Co., a local brewery with national recognition and acclaim, is excited to announce the newest craft option to join its lineup of celebrated beers. Switch is a beer crafted with exceptional technique and without pretension to make IPA’s accessible and enjoyable for the average drinker. Alongside Braxton’s Garage Beer, “the everyone’s, everywhere, everyday beer”, Switch is expected to be the brand’s standout IPA for year-round enjoyment. Consumers will be able to find Switch on tap in Braxton taprooms, online at Braxton.com and in Kroger stores throughout Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee and Ohio beginning March 1. Each six-pack of 12 oz. cans will be available for $10.99 and 15 packs for $17.99.

Braxton’s Switch IPA will be celebrated at the reveal of Braxton’s refreshed and redesigned headquarters during a tapping party on Saturday, February 26. Guests will be able to enjoy the newly renovated Covington taproom, an experience that is more inclusive of the brewing process. The garage inside the taproom has been redesigned with guests in mind, increasing seating capacity, opening up the space and putting what the company does best, front and center: brewing expertly crafted beer.

“Creating and releasing Switch is something we’ve looked forward to for a while. We can’t wait for the Braxton consumer to fall as much in love with our new everyday IPA as they have with our other beers,” says Jake Rouse, Co-Founder and CEO of Braxton Brewing Co. “We’ve brought everything we love about Braxton Brewing into the process for Switch – it’s unpretentious and delicious. It feels like there’s no better time to introduce this newest offering than by also inviting taproom guests to the reveal of our reconstructed taproom in Covington.”

Braxton Brewing has carved out its place as a brewery to watch nationwide. With a mindset on innovation and growth, Braxton has seen expansion across its taprooms and across its collection of celebrated craft beers. Braxton was also honored with Brewbound’s prestigious Rising Star Award and was named the fourth fastest growing regional brewery from the Brewers Association — a testament to the brand’s strength.

About Braxton Brewing Company

Born in a garage, Braxton Brewing Co. has become an entrepreneurial obsession. Melding the age-old tradition of brewing beer and innovative new-age technology, dreams are born and fermented at Braxton Brewing Company. It is the hub where Jake and Evan Rouse showcase their passion for brewing beer. It’s here, where the expert team holds every single pint of Braxton beer to the highest standard of excellence. And, like the garage of their past, the brewery is deeply rooted in the community of Covington, Kentucky. Braxton Brewing Company was also recently honored with Brewbound’s prestigious Rising Star Award, and Braxton’s own Evan Rouse was featured on Forbes 30 Under 30 Food & Drink list. Further amplifying Braxton’s accomplishments, the brewery was highlighted on the 2020 Inc. 5000 list.
