WOODINVILLE, Washington — The equipment located at the former Redhook Brewery in Woodinville, WA was auctioned off on March 14th. The Huppmann 100 BBL Stainless Steel 5-Vessel Brew House sold for $1,000,000 at the auction conducted by an group led by Loeb Winternitz Industrial Auctioneers.
In addition to the Brew House, other major assets sold were the Yeast Propagator, Over (70) Fermentation & Brite Tanks, Silo’s, Grain Mills, Bottling & Keg Filling Lines, & Centrifuges. The auction contained over 1,000 lots of equipment and support assets.
The Real Estate has been purchased by Sound Commercial Investment Holdings, LLC, from Craft Brew Alliance, and plans to redevelopment the property.
