River North Brewery Celebrates 13th Anniversary with Special Events and Exclusive Releases

February 20, 2025 by Spencer Mapes

Denver, CO – February 2025 River North Brewery is marking a significant milestone—its 13th anniversary! To commemorate this incredible journey, the brewery is hosting a three-day celebration from February 21st to February 23rd, offering beer enthusiasts a chance to enjoy special releases, exclusive experiences, and exciting events. The festivities will culminate with the release of the highly anticipated Anniversary 13 Stout, a one-of-a-kind barrel-aged imperial stout blend curated by River North’s award-winning brew team.

Over the years, the brewery has garnered numerous accolades, including prestigious awards from the World Beer Cup, Great American Beer Festival, and European Beer Star. River North’s commitment to innovation—evident in projects like brewing the world’s strongest saison, Double J. Marie, and earning recognition for its barrel program—has garnered the brewery both national and international acclaim.

Anniversary 13 Release

River North Brewery’s Anniversary 13 release promises to be a standout. This year’s anniversary beer is a blend of double, triple, and quadruple barrel-aged imperial stouts, aged in a variety of Colorado whiskey barrels, including bourbon, rye whiskey, ex-honey, ex-maple syrup whiskey, straight whiskey, and single malt whiskey barrels. At a bold 22.7% ABV, this highly anticipated beer is known for its rich, unparalleled complexity, making it a perfect choice for aging in the cellar to be enjoyed in the years to come.

Pre-sales for Anniversary 13 are now live, and bottles are selling fast. For those who cannot attend the anniversary weekend, bottles are available for reservation and can be picked up at the brewery for up to one month. A limited number of cases will be reserved for in-person purchase at the taprooms until they sell out each day. Bottles are priced at $35 each.

Anniversary Weekend Schedule:
