Philadelphia, PA – April 23, 2026 – The world’s most prestigious beer competition, the World Beer Cup®, concluded its milestone 30th anniversary edition yesterday, honoring the finest beers and ciders from breweries and cideries across the globe. Organized by the Brewers Association, this year’s event showcased unparalleled technical mastery, bold creativity, and a shared passion for craft that continues to elevate the global beer community.
Held in conjunction with the Craft Brewers Conference & BrewExpo America® at the Pennsylvania Convention Center, the 2026 World Beer Cup® judged entries across 118 categories, awarding a total of 353 medals to 273 producers from around the world. Judges evaluated beers and ciders on flavor, aroma, appearance, and overall harmony, upholding the highest standards of excellence that have defined the competition since its founding in 1996.

Highlights from the 2026 World Beer Cup®
– Global Representation: Entries from dozens of countries highlighted the diversity of brewing traditions, from classic lagers and IPAs to experimental styles and gluten-free innovations.

About the Brewers Association
The Brewers Association traces its roots to the early days of the modern craft beer movement in the United States.
