LONE TREE, Colorado — Lone Tree Brewing Company has launched its new spring seasonal: Honey Lager, now available in cans and on draft across Colorado and Kansas. Fans of crisp, flavorful lagers can also enjoy this limited release at both of Lone Tree’s South Metro Denver taprooms located in Lone Tree and Parker.
Chosen for its strong popularity in the brewery’s tasting rooms, Honey Lager is crafted with 2-row barley, Dextrin, Biscuit, Honey, and Munich malts. Jasmine rice—making up over 30% of the grain bill—adds a smooth, vanilla-like softness, while Colorado honey brings a delicate aroma and subtle sweetness. Cascade and Hallertauer Mittelfrüh hops provide balance, rounding out this golden lager with a clean, refreshing finish.
“This beer marks a fresh beginning for the spring season,” says Jerry Siote, Lone Tree’s Director of Brewhouse Operations. “It’s all about timing the honey addition to capture aroma and flavor without excessive sweetness. The result is an easy-drinking, well-balanced lager we’re proud to share.”
Honey Lager is available in 12oz six-packs and on draft while supplies last this spring. Look for it at bars, restaurants, and retailers throughout Colorado and Kansas.
