Beer Girl is Building Their Brand with Expansion and Leadership Additions

March 11, 2026 by Dustin Scoggins

Beer Girl, the Laguna Beach, California-based low-ABV beer brand, is accelerating its growth in the booming “better-for-you” beer category with major milestones: multi-state expansion starting March 1, 2026, the launch of nationwide online shipping in mid-March, and the addition of beverage industry veteran Zech Francis to its advisory board.

Beer Girl’s signature crisp, easy-drinking lagers clock in at just 3.5% ABV, are naturally zero sugar, gluten-reduced, and brewed with corn instead of wheat—delivering full flavor without the heaviness or bloat often associated with traditional beer.

Currently available in select retail and on-premise spots across California and Arizona, the brand is rolling out to new markets through strong distributor partnerships:

Texas (Dallas–Fort Worth): Andrews Distributing
Tennessee: Lipman Brothers
North Carolina: Caffey & Carolina Premium Beverage
Florida: Pepin Distributing Co., Gold Coast Eagle Distributing, Great Bay Distributors, and The Lewis Bear Co.

Additional states are slated to follow throughout 2026 and beyond, reflecting Beer Girl’s targeted, market-by-market strategy focused on quality partnerships and on-premise visibility.

“We’re incredibly excited to welcome Beer Girl to the Andrews portfolio,” said David Holt, EVP of Strategic Partnerships at Andrews Distributing. “Beer Girl brings fresh energy to the lifestyle beer category with fun branding, focused marketing, and a clear vision for the consumers they attract. We’re thrilled to introduce it to a wider audience across DFW!”

To complement the expansion, Beer Girl is launching nationwide online shipping in mid-March, making it easier for fans everywhere to order directly. The brand has also partnered with Countermeasures (CMC) to accelerate growth in key markets and national accounts.

“The team at Beer Girl has done an exceptional job filling a gap in the gluten-reduced segment with a high-quality product that appeals broadly,” said Austin Sawyer, CEO of Countermeasures (CMC). “This brand is about to make waves, and we’re excited to partner on this next phase.”

Strategic Advisory Boost

Beer Girl has appointed Zech Francis to its advisory board. A consumer goods entrepreneur, investor, and brand builder named to Ad Age’s 40 Under 40 in 2025, Francis most recently served as SVP of Global Marketing at BeatBox, where he helped scale the brand to over $250 million in annual revenue.
“Beer Girl is building real momentum by authentically speaking to consumers the beer industry has overlooked,” said Francis. “With strong early retail traction and founders Caroline and Griffin who can scale it, this expansion is especially exciting. In a challenging beer category, brands like Beer Girl drive incremental growth by attracting new drinkers.”

“This multi-state expansion marks a major milestone for Beer Girl,” said Caroline Foulk, co-founder. “We’re excited to bring our lighter, low-ABV, gluten-reduced beer to a much wider audience as demand grows for more balanced options.”

About Beer Girl

Founded in 2023 and launched in distribution in 2024 by husband-and-wife team Caroline and Griffin Foulk, Beer Girl was inspired by Caroline’s experience running her family’s brewery and managing an autoimmune condition. The Laguna Beach-based brand offers a lighter, more balanced alternative to traditional beer: crisp lagers that are 3.5% ABV, zero sugar, gluten-reduced, and brewed with corn for reduced gluten impact—perfect for beer lovers who want flavor without feeling heavy. Visit drinkbeergirl.com for the full story, where to buy, and updates. Cheers to smarter sipping!
