Ninkasi Brewing Announces 2020 Fourth Quarter Beer Releases

EUGENE, Ore.— Ninkasi Brewing Company is excited to share their new beer releases for the final quarter of 2020. The releases include Juicy Domination Tropical IPA in its own 6-pack of cans (previously a G.O.A.T. Pack exclusive), Sleigh’r Winter Ale as their fall/winter seasonal, and Velocihoptor Guardian IPA, the final installment in Ninkasi’s 19.2oz comic can series featuring art by Dark Horse Comics artists Eduardo Francisco.

Their Fall/Winter Variety 12-Pack also includes a unique mixture of brews: Sleigh’r Winter Ale, OatisOatmeal Stout, Dawn of the Red IPA, and Steady Orbit Grounded IPA. All offerings are now available.

More information on these new beer releases can be found below.

Velocihoptor Guardian IPA
Within the goddess Ninkasi’s hop fields lurks Velocihoptor, guardian and protector of the mystical hops that power Tricerahops’ ability of flight. After all, the name Velocihoptor is derived from the Latin “velox,” meaning “swift,” and “hoptor,” meaning “hop dinosaur.” When she spots an intruder, this swift hop dino delivers a quick and complex punch: melon, papaya, and orange notes collide with just a touch of honey.

Style: Guardian IPA
Series: Year-Round

IBU: 50
Malt: 2-Row, Vienna, Honey Malt, Spelt Malt, White Wheat

Juicy Domination Tropical IPA
Step outside and sink your feet into the crisp, golden sand. It’s an explosion of flavor that finishes smooth and velvety, just like your favorite tropical adventure.

Sleigh’r Winter Ale
Thanks to being strategically wedged between the Pacific Ocean and a bunch of volcanoes, we get some of the deepest snowfalls in the world right here in our backyard. It’s our winter playground. And Sleigh’r is our après-ski. Under its frothy head is a deep, chocolatey malt flavor that’s sweet and warm, with a lasting bitterness. Like a toasty fire on a dark night.
