Ursula. From sours to barrel-aged beers and everything in-between, Ursula Brewery has something for every taste bud. You can find their packaged beers all across the Colorado front range and in their tasting room! With a 10 barrel brew house and an additional 30 barrel fermenter, Head Brewer Dave Olson works around the clock to keep up with the demand of the tap room and in state distribution.
“Via Chicago” earned the brewery a silver medal at the Great American Beer Festival in 2015 in the American-Style Strong Pale Ale category, so rest-assured it and their “Ultimate Clarity” New England IPA is on the tap list year round. Currently, you can try three variants of their annual 108 Gram Barrel-Aged Russian Imperial Stout on tap as well – vanilla, praline, and cafe mocha.
Aside from the staples, Ursula Brewery has been working on some innovative recipes to maintain a diverse profile of beers. Ursula is releasing a new Mochi Ice Cream IPA series with the first two beers in the series available on draft and in cans on Saturday, April 6. The Mango Mochi IPA and Green Tea Mochi IPA are both brewed with Japanese style sweet rice. Ursula will also be releasing “Bully Stole My Lunch,” their popular Peanut Butter & Jelly beer, on the same date.
