Track 7 Brewing in Scramento, California Releases 3 New Beers in Cans

April 15, 2018 by Dow Scoggins

Track 7 Brewing is  bringing you all the citrus goodness with this week’s can release. You won’t want to miss our Enchanted Whip Double Milkshake IPA with Pineapple🍍 and Tragic Kingdom NE-Style IPA With Valencia Oranges🍊Can you guess the Anaheim, CA inspiration behind both beers?

If you weren’t able to make it out to our limited taproom release last weekend, we’re including our Double Dry-Hopped Left Eye Right Eye (El Dorado Edition) in the online mixed packs. Online pre-sales for 12-can mixed packs of our Enchanted Whip, Tragic Kingdom, and DDH Left Eye Right Eye (El Dorado Edition) start tomorrow 4.13 at 8 am. Official taproom releases for Tragic Kingdom and Enchanted Whip are Sat 4.14 – limit one 4pk of each/person. Below are the beer profiles, and more info is available on the Can Releases page.Tragic Kingdom Northeast-Style IPA With Valencia Oranges
It was such a hit last OC Beer Week, we had to bring back our Tragic Kingdom Northeast-Style IPA this year. Refreshingly dry with enough of a hop nip to keep things interesting, Tragic Kingdom’s hazy base is complimented by pureed whole Valencia oranges. The oranges’ sweet flesh coupled with their bitter yet bright peel provides a more balanced, complex fruit character than if we had only used the juicy parts. Beneath an aroma of peach and orange lies some ripe mango and bready sweet rolls in the background.

Enchanted Whip Double Milkshake IPA With Pineapple
In the tiki, tiki, tiki, tiki, tiki brew
All the hops sing words
And the pineapples croon
Deliciously creamy and packed with juicy pineapple, our Enchanted Whip Double Milkshake IPA is a tropical indulgence of a beer. Lactose and pureed vanilla beans give it a crème brulee aroma with a touch of citrus. On the palate, tangy, bright pineapple marries with the sweet, creamy vanilla and some orange citrus hop character to create this tiki creamsicle. Finally, beer drinkers get some tiki love.

Double Dry-Hopped Left Eye Right Eye (El Dorado Edition) *online mixed pack only*
This Dorado Edition may be our fruitiest Double Dry-Hopped Left Eye Right Eye yet. We replaced the Mosaic hops with El Dorado hops in our award-winning Left Eye Right Eye and layered on the aromatics with two sizeable El Dorado dry hoppings. The resulting aroma smells like a summer fruit salad with notes of mandarin, peach, melon, and pineapple. Classic double IPA flavors of grapefruit, pine, and sweet malt meet not-so-common flavors of Juicy Fruit and ripe cantaloupe in this El Dorado spin.
